Train operators affected
Various National Rail routes
Strike action has been announced by the ASLEF Union and RMT Union for the following train operators on the following days:
ASLEF Union:
Tuesday 7 May – c2c, Gatwick Express, Greater Anglia (which includes Stansted Express), Great Northern, Southeastern, Southern, South Western Railway (which includes Island Line) and Thameslink
Wednesday 8 May - Avanti West Coast, Chiltern Railways, CrossCountry, East Midlands Railway, Great Western Railway, Heathrow Express, London Northwestern Railway and West Midlands Railway
Thursday 9 May - LNER, Northern and TransPennine Express
In addition, the above train operators will have an overtime ban from Monday 6 May to Saturday 11 May which may alter the timetable of trains that will be running.
Other industrial action:
RMT Union members announced that strike action will take place affecting ScotRail services on some routes on some weekends:
Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May
Saturday 25 and Sunday 25 May
Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 June

The exceptions to the above are:
South Western Railway, whose amended service is not yet correct for 8 to 11 May. Please check back for these dates.
ScotRail services on each weekend between Saturday 18 May and Sunday 2 June are not yet showing correctly in journey planners. Please check back closer to the time of travel.
